Polk County loves Their Troops!  We had tremendous support from so many people including schools, churches and business people.  Dr. Bartell in Winter Haven, Grace Lutheran Church in Winter Haven, South McKeel Elementary in Lakeland, Bethel Baptist Church in Lakeland, Polk County Courthouse employees, Hope and Covenant churches in Lakeland and a host of others who came together to make this project a HUGE success - including the cost of postage.  WE are humbled by the support.  Click HERE to enjoy more photos of our wonderful packing event.

UPCOMING EVENTS
 
May, 19 9 a.m. till evening - Saluting Polk Veteran's Event Joker Marchant Stadium with a baseball game in the evening. Check out this link for all of the activities throughout the day. Email mfpc863@gmail.com for FREE tickets that include the baseball game and fireworks.       
 
May 20, 8 a.m. till noon - Helping to place American Flags on the grounds of Lakeland Memorial Gardens for the Annual Memorial Day Tribute Flag display. Any help is always appreciated and lunch is provided.For more information drop a line at mfpc863@gmail.com.      
 
May 27, 10:45 a.m. - Memorial Day weekend service - "Freedom's Heroes" honoring fallen heroes. Calvary Baptist Church, 1945 N Florida Ave., Lakeland.  This is a very moving service and opportunity to pay tribute to all fallen heroes.
